Manufacturer : Pirells Innovative
Project Type: Produced, Commercial Work
Client: Lemur Hot Road Garage
Location: Wola Rębkowska, Poland
Packaging Contents: Calendar
Packaging Substrate / Materials: Paper, Cardboard
Printing Process: Hotstamping

The aim of the project was to create a calendar, which is complemented by two unique and distinctive packages. The first one was intended for an invitation to an event promoting the calendar and the second one for the calendar itself. The design of both packages is consistent - you can even say that a large package is a small copy of big one and vice versa. The invitation packaging was supposed to be a foretaste before receiving the right package with the calendar inside. Both packages are very simple in form and colors - made of black core board with silver hot foil. They refer to the colors of the logo and the brand - Lemur Hot Road Garage - the user of both packaging.

Designer: Anastasia Eren
Project Type: Student Project
School: PrattMWP, College of Art and Design
Tutor: Cindy Koren
Location: Utica, New York, USA
Packaging Contents: Rosé Wine
Packaging Substrate / Materials: Glass Bottle
Printing Process: Hand-Painted

My goal from this branding project is to make woman feel empowered, sexy and free. So many people tend to drink alcohol to get drunk, but we ‘women’ like to drink because we like the taste of it. We love to enjoy and have fun, we have class. Peony Sensation is sweet, tasty, and elegant. First impression is always one of the most important elements of life and beauty of Peony Sensation catches eyes in split seconds.

What's Unique?
I loved my logo design but I wanted to add more care into it. Best way to show that was to hand paint it and make it one of kind. Every stroke and line is unique to itself and they create a lovely composition together. Simplicity of the flowers carries the elegance of the brand and makes one’s eye move around the bottle. My wine bottle is a collection piece, it's not only about the wine in it. The wine bottle's uniqueness creates an authentic atmosphere for the consumers. Even when you finish the bottle, instead of throwing it away you'll want to keep it as a memory. Perhaps you'll decide to plant a flower in it.

Creative Director: Andrey Brokhman
Designer: Aleksandr Popov
Illustrator: Azer Babaev
Copy Writers: Evgenia Ushakova, Nikita Sokurov

Project Type: Produced, Commercial Work
Client: Mezheninovskaya Poultry Factory
Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia
Packaging Contents: Puff pastry dough
Packaging Substrate / Materials: Plastic flow pack
Printing Process: Flexography

We have created the character with features and story and made the character the face of the brand and packaging as a result. The character has a similar name to the greatest Russian poet A.S. Pushkin (pyshka — is a piece of pastry in Russian). By the story, our hero lived in the same time and even studied in the same boarding school with the poet. But unlike the poet, he was talented in baking and not at poetry, though he tried. He lived together with a very clever cat. Some say the cat even has a degree =).

To illustrate the story we made a series of illustrations depicting the memorable moments of life of A.S. Pyshkin and his cat and incorporated images of pastry to add a bit of punk effect. The first story is Pyshkin's first baking experience, the second is their first visit to Paris and the first croissant. The third is the travel to the moon. We made lettering for the name and wrote a poem as a cooking manual for the dough on the back of the packaging.

Making the project, we wanted to combine product packaging and storytelling in one piece of design, taking the limitation of white flow pack as granted.

Creative Agency: PROUDdesign
Project Type: Produced, Commercial Work
Client: Quaker
Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Packaging Contents: Cereals, Breakfast
Packaging Substrate / Materials: Paper

Amsterdam based design agency PROUDdesign has developed a new packaging design for the Quaker Cruesli brand. Recently introduced in the Netherlands and soon to be introduced across Europe.

Quaker Cruesli is very successful and known for it’s tasty crunchy muesli (hence Cruesli). As part of the global repositioning and redesign of the Quaker brand, in which PROUD also had a part, a striking new design for Cruesli was created. Where taste is combined with the goodness of oats.

The new Cruesli design is supported by a strong, natural and crafted Quaker identity. In which the heritage is proudly reflected in the free standing Quaker in the fields. It is proudly nested in the slightly changed, yet still distinctive Cruesli word mark.

In this new design we moved from striking variant colour to the off-white sub brand colour. Supporting not only a stronger branding block, but also introducing naturalness. The new photography is tasty, inviting and definitely more natural and human. The craftsmanship that goes in to the product is reflected in all the details of the design, like labels, typography and illustrations. The back of pack is designed with the same intention and attention as the front. The whole pack breaths the same message: taste and natural goodness.

Creative Agency: PROUDdesign
Project Type: Produced, Commercial Work
Client: Konnekt
Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Packaging Contents: Smart Drinks
Packaging Substrate / Materials: Aluminium

Konnekt is a functional soft drink brand that helps you to live a smarter life. This is possible thanks to a unique formulation based on the daily requirement for essential amino acids, each with a unique function: relaxation, focus or endurance.

Unlike other products, Konnekt works via the brain thanks to its functional ingredients. It provides the body with the necessary essential amino acids that are naturally present in the body. 3 units per day are sufficient and possible surpluses are of course separated. Konnekt Smartdrinks is characterized by the absence of harmful ingredients such as caffeine and unnatural sweeteners thanks to Stevia and Isomaltulose. Konnekt is a unique smart drink developed from food technology (DSM). The challenge was to clarify the function of the product in a modern, but above all progressive way.

The aluminum bottle fits exactly with the progressive character of the brand and product. It is unique and technically a masterpiece to make this form. It fits well with the graphic design that represents the scientific expertise, the specific functions per variant and a suggestion of the expected taste. In this identity the characteristic shape of the amino acids is central, the hexagon. This has been used in the logo. For each variant we have the effect with and in it.

The category of smart drinks still hardly exists. This makes it a new product in a new market. Compared to the functional drinks, Konnekt distinguishes itself by its progressive and modern-technical appearance that is not based on one or more ingredients but on a technical innovation. The bottle shape is unique, the design is progressive graphic-technical and the brand name intrigues. The naming of the individual variants is very concrete and efficient. A premium drink for a premium audience. The bottle is printed in metallic colors to enhance the technical and premium aspect. The information on the back is neatly divided into relevant pieces thanks to a strong graphic layout.

Client: MiniMe
Location: Moscow, Russia
Packaging Contents: Pet food
Packaging Substrate / Materials: Cardboard, glass

MiniMe introduced a new format for pet food in the Russian market - fresh full-fat food without chemicals and preservatives in the premium category. Our team was pleased to create the design of the new brand of the company «Murchello».

The slogan of the company MiniMe - "food for people" - gave the idea to create a premium line of restaurant dishes for mustached gourmets. The recipe of each jar sounds like a dish from a gourmet kitchen, able to satisfy even the most demanding mustachioed gourmet: terrine, fricassee, befstroganov. The composition of the food is so thought-out and natural that you can safely offer this delicacy to a person. A purring cat is a happy cat. That’s why the name «Murcello» is the personification of happiness and pleasure that a cat receives when the owner brings her a jar of fresh ragout. We were asked to create a design of packaging that corresponds to the exacting tastes of the audience and demonstrate their love for pets.

Each jar is a truly royal treat. That is why the box is decorated with a red ribbon, folded in the form of a heart - a clear and transparent metaphor for love and care. The heart is crowned with a symbolic cat with a crown on its head - a simple and easily readable symbol of premiumity and exclusivity of the product. The end result is an easy and bright design, revealing owner’s love and attention, who surrounds his cat with royal care and treats her like a princess.

«Murchello» - a real delicacy, capable of delivering an incredible pleasure to cats.
